Results & Case Studies
Challenge: The company faced significant disruption in training delivery as its workforce shifted increasingly to remote and hybrid models. Engagement with traditional training modules was declining, and leadership flagged a concerning drop in completion rates and the associated risks to compliance, culture alignment, and business continuity.
Solution: We designed and launched an executive-led internal podcast series, giving the C-suite a direct voice, paired with AI-generated micro-learning segments (60-90-second “episodes”) delivered via mobile and internal platforms. Each podcast episode was followed by a digestible AI-created micro-learning module and a short quiz to reinforce key messages.
Results: Training completion rose by 85%. Employee engagement survey scores—particularly the ‘feel connected to leadership’ and ‘understand strategic priorities’ questions—increased by 32%. The mobile-first design also reduced “drop-off” after a quarter to less than 10 %.
